Arsenal Exchange

Arsenal Exchange, as its name suggests, use {{I|Arsenal Ticket|gridview=false}} to exchange supplies, mainly the Weapons.

There are two ways to spend in Arsenal Exchange:

Purchase Weapons

Some Weapons are put on sale permanently or rotates regularly; Whichever the case, the amount of {{I|Arsenal Ticket|gridview=false}} required are corresponding to the rarity;

Pulling Weapons

As with Operators, Weapons can be obtained through gacha. There are two types of banners known as Issues, one being rotating with the Operator’s banner, and one being permanent. Whichever the case, 2980 {{I|Arsenal Ticket|gridview=false}} is required for 10 weapons, with rate as below;

Same as Headhunting, Issuing also features “fail-safe” mechanisms:
#A 5★ (at minimum) Weapon is guaranteed to appear in any of the Issues.
#*In other words, if a 6★ or 5★ Weapon does not appear in the first nine Weapons, then one will appear in the tenth Weapon. This means that at minimum, a 5★ Weapon is guaranteed. This does not guarantee a 6★ Weapon, however.
#*If you don’t get a 6★ Weapon after 3 Issues, the next Issue will guarantee a 6★ Weapon. This does not guarantee a rate up Weapon, however.
#When obtaining a 6★ Weapon, there is a 25% chance to get the Rate up Weapon.
#One time per Banner, there’s a guarantee system that if you did not get the rate up 6★ Operator after 7 Issues, the 8th Issue is guaranteed to have the 6★ Weapon on rate up. This does not carry over to other banner and will be reset when the Issue end.

Certificate Exchange
